Mindfulness-Awareness Meditation Instructor Training Course

Certificate Mindfulness–Awareness
Meditation Instructor Training

Become a Mindfulness Teacher
or Deepen Your Own Practice

An eight-month comprehensive training program including a summer retreat. Available by module or the full course.

Why Become a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher — or Deepen Your Own Practice?

You may have experienced the transformative power of mindfulness meditation, personally or in the lives of friends or family.

You’ve seen mindfulness help people work with difficulties, including:

  • Repetitive negative thinking
  • Distractibility and restlessness
  • Impulsivity
  • Overwhelm and stress
  • Anxiety, low mood, and emotional reactivity

People around you may be suffering unnecessarily. Learning how to work with their own minds could make all the difference.

For some, this leads to a wish to teach and share mindfulness.

Others are called to deepen their own practice within a structured, supportive training environment.

The comprehensive Certificate Mindfulness-Awareness Meditation Instructor Training Course is an eight-month training program–plus summer retreat—that is now available either by the module or the whole Course.
