Mindfulness at School

The Mindfulness at School program was developed for high school students for delivery in (1) Healthy Living class (mandatory for students enrolled in the course) and (2) an after-school or lunchtime program (optional). Five-, seven-, and 10-session programs were introduced in several high schools in St. John’s in Winter/Spring 2014.

A booklet of Readings on Mindfulness featuring articles by various mindfulness teachers was developed specifically for this program.
